New Year Update: Emma Lee Spots Her Spot Preorders & Exciting Author News
Dear Friend,
Happy New Year! 🎉
I know all the clichés about “new year, new you,” but I genuinely believe this year is going to be fantastic.
Looking back, I’m incredibly grateful to have completed a full year of events, school visits, book signings, and most importantly, meeting so many wonderful people along the way. As a new year dawns, I have even more ideas bubbling up… and my wife is doing her best to rein in my excitement to something slightly more achievable. 😉
I truly hope this year brings you as much excitement, growth, and joy as you’re hoping for.
Big News!
Emma Lee Spots Her Spot is officially on a boat and heading my way!
I couldn’t be more excited to introduce Emma Lee to you. Her story is about self-worth, confidence, and discovering that you don’t have to change who you are to belong-you just have to recognize your own spot in the world.
A Booth Moment That Made My Day
My wife and I recently decided to start bringing our boys to events for part of the day-to help them come out of their shells, meet new people, and experience the beautiful diversity of the world.
At one event, my youngest was sitting at the booth when a woman stopped to look at the books. She smiled and asked how much they were. As I started to answer, my son quickly added,
“They’re free to look at.”
We all laughed. She bought both books.
After she left, I asked him why he said that. He replied,
“Because once they open it, they’re 100% going to buy it.”
I laughed and told him I might need to bring him to every event from now on.
I’d Love Your Input
As we move into this new year, I’d love to hear from you.
What kinds of content would you enjoy most?
YouTube videos?
Blog posts?
A podcast?
Day-in-the-life moments?
Writing and publishing insights?
Or just my two cents on life, creativity, and parenting?
I want to create more, but I also want it to be meaningful and manageable-your input would mean a lot.
I have a feeling this is going to be a monumental year on my author journey, and I sincerely hope it’s a beautiful one for you as well.
Somewhere along the way, I fell in love with creating-and even more so, with sharing those creations with you.
Here’s to the journey, not the destination.
Until next time,
